With around 100 employees, Kistag is one of the most important employers in the region. It employs people in very different areas (carpentry, packaging, assembly, commercial area, sales, logistics, etc.), who obviously feel very comfortable with us. The average duration of work is more than 15 years and the fluctuation rate is just less than 1%. This does not mean that it is impossible to find a job at Kistag. Innovation encourages growth, so we are always looking for well-trained team players and dedicated professionals. But people with impairments also find their place with us. And it is not unusual for a career at Kistag to have begun with an apprenticeship with us. We are a federally recognized training company.
